What if I forget my password?
If you have forgotten your password, click here to have a temporary password emailed to you. You can then login to your account, and enter a new password. If you do not receive an email containing your temporary password within a few minutes, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and a Customer Service representative will be happy to assist you.
How do I change my billing address?
In the event you need to change your billing address, you can access your account information at anytime by logging in on our website. Once logged in, click on the My Account link and choose Address Book from your account dashboard. From this area you can update your Billing Address as well as any saved Shipping Addresses you have saved on your account. If you have problems changing your address information, contact us at email@example.com and a Customer Service representative will be happy to assist you.
What if I have spam filtering setup for my email?
If you have an email spam filtering service with your email provider, please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your “Safe List” in your junk mail folder options. This change will allow you to receive emails relating to Order Confirmations, Password notifications or Newsletters (if you have opted to receive them).
How can I get more information on an item?
If you have a question about a specific item(s), please contact us at email@example.com with the subject line “Request Additional Item Information” and a Customer Service representative will send you more information as soon as possible.
Shopping Cart / Checkout Issues
